Draft, not yet legally reviewed

This text describes how Tagvara works today. It hasn't been reviewed by a lawyer, isn't legal advice and doesn't claim compliance with any law. Parts marked as to be supplied are missing until Tagvara's operator provides them.

Tagvara works when people can trust what they see and who they talk to. These rules apply to listings, photos, messages and orders.

1. What you can list

Second-hand (or unused) adult clothing, shoes and bags that you own and may sell, in one listing per item.

2. Not allowed

  • Counterfeits, replicas or items described as a brand they aren't.
  • Items that aren't adult clothing, shoes or bags, and anything illegal to sell. To be supplied by the operator: Detailed list of prohibited items to be completed and reviewed.
  • Misleading descriptions or photos: hidden flaws, stock photos, someone else's photos.
  • Offensive, hateful or sexual content in listings, photos or messages.
  • Asking for card details, passwords or sign-in codes, asking for payment before the seller has accepted a request, or pressuring someone to move the deal to another app.
  • Personal details of other people, harassment or threats.

3. Messages and orders

Be respectful and specific. Tagvara doesn't handle payments yet: agree on payment and handover carefully, and never share card details, passwords or sign-in codes.

If you accept a request, follow through or cancel promptly so the item can go back on sale. Add the real tracking reference when you ship.

4. Reporting

Use "Report this listing" on any published listing, "Report" next to a message someone sent you, or "Report this member" on a seller's page or in a conversation. Choose the closest reason and add details if they help. You can have one open report per listing, message or member, and up to 10 reports a day in all.

A moderator reviews each report and may dismiss it, look into it further, hide the listing or message, warn the member, or stop them from sending messages for a while. You get a notice in Tagvara saying whether action was taken. The member concerned is told why and can appeal; they aren't told who reported.
